Jamie is to head our team in Goulburn providing us with creative menus and experience that will wow your guests and leave you with fond memories of your day be it a wedding or celebration.
Chef Jamie has a wealth of world wide experience in all facets of hospitality, from small award winning fine dining country restaurants to the 5 star hotels of London including a Michelin Star rated restaurant.
From School boy beginnings as a chef in England he went on to work in London at the famous Park Lane Hotel on Piccadilly, Bracewells restaurant held a coveted Michelin star and Jamie learnt his trade under the influence of chefs with passion and integrity.
Moving out of London to Oxford boutique hotels for the rich and famous were his next step before opening his own award winning restaurant at the tender age of 25. Harpers and Queen, The Times, The independent, The Guardian, AA and Michelin all praised his restaurant that was successful for over 7 years before a new challenge was required.
Short stints in Spain and France learning again the new style of cooking in Europe set him up for his emigration to Australia. He became Senior Sous Chef at the Sydney Superdome (now Acer Arena) there he became in integral part of the award winning team that gained the Caterer of the year award.
All during his career his focus slowly went to functions, doing celebrity weddings and high profile events, now with a company in Sydney providing products and services from small dinner parties to lavish weddings. Jamie also is opening a new store at his production factory in Belmore Sydney.
